• In most cases, basement wall height on our new homes are 3” higher than standard, allowing for more effective future basement development.
• Flooring systems are glued and screwed firmly to prevent squeaks.
• We install triple glazed windows, which include three panes of glass, reduce airflow and create a more efficient barrier. This retains more energy, which reduces your energy cost and lowers the household environmental impact.
• Electrical features include Decora switches, a soffit plug with switch, and telephone/cable TV rough-ins in all bedrooms.
• A highly efficient gas furnace with an air-to-air heat exchanger results in energy efficient heating and energy recovery.
• The super-sealed barrier creates a sealed environment that allows you to control the climate with the heating and ventilation system. This is ideal for limiting energy usage and conserving power.
• Woodwork includes six-panel doors, classy mouldings and baseboards, and
  pre-finished melamine shelving. Custom cabinets are designed especially for each house.
