If you are interested in owning an Ehrenburg Model Home, begin by contacting one of our helpful sales representatives. Your sales representative will work with you one-on-one and will be your primary contact throughout your new home purchase. They will provide any advice you need and completely direct you through your new home purchase.

Once you've selected your model home, your Ehrenburg sales representative will work with you throughout the remainder (if any) of construction.

When you have the keys to your new home, you and your sales representative will do a walk-through. The sales representative will explain features included in your new home and answer any questions you may have.

Even after this, if you have any questions or concerns, Ehrenburg will help you through its excellent after-sale service program. We'll address every question and arrange to have every concern dealt with.

Whether you're purchasing land from our large inventory or already own your lot, Ehrenburg Homes will gladly build on it.

To build your Ehrenburg Custom Home, begin by contacting one of our helpful sales representatives. Our design team will meet with you to discuss your desires for floor plans, exterior elevations and other features. When completed, construction begins. This is when you can choose your interior and exterior finishes (cabinetry, woodwork,flooring, paint colours, railing, etc.). During this process your new home sales representative will guide you through and assist you with your selections.

Possession for both model homes and customs are similar. When you have the keys to your new home, you and your sales representative will do a walk-through. The sales representative will explain features included in your new home and answer any questions you may have.
