This home was designed for a couple who desired a new home to go on the ‘old farm. A traditional Ranch bungalow style was designed with all the modern conveniences, to be built on and fit in with the existing family farm. A wide wood Verandah stretches across the width of the home, with the oversize double Garage angles off to the side. The exterior is virtually maintenance-free with 25 year Asphalt Shingles, PVC Triple-glazed Windows, Vinyl Siding, and Pre-finished metal Fascia, Eaves trough, and vented Soffits.
