  • A full 8’ height basement from the concrete floor to the underside of the joists.
  • Basement windows that permit legal bedrooms with compliant egress windows. Without the proper egress, basement bedrooms are not permitted and will not serve as a proper fire escape. Moreover, providing proper sized basement windows allows you the peace of mind that children and / or family members sleeping in the basement have an adequate escape.
  • We provide Triple Glazed windows as a standard and provide Triple Glazed Low E argon for our Energy Star homes. This sets us apart from a dual glazed window by increasing our r-value to 5.41 from a standard dual low e of 3.24. Not only do you get the benefit of the R value but the home is also much quieter with the triple glazed window. Low E Argon windows also reduce the total amount of UV rays entering the home, which will reduce fading in fabrics (i.e., a couch) and interior finishes (i.e., flooring, cabinets).
  • Our shingles are a fiberglass based product that provides a 35 year warranty.
  • Our exteriors feature upgraded Acrylic Stucco featuring dark colors and or Vinyl products with UV inhibitors to provide long lasting color retention and thicker vinyl to help prevent damage. Prefinished exterior railings, exterior vinyl shake products, and lots of exterior stonework to compliment our home designs.
  • Each of our homes are well thought out with electrical designs and requirements, with adequate lighting and plugins as well as our electrical panels are all conveniently located in the mechanical rooms. This thoughtful planning is beneficial for future basement development.
  • We provide Energy Star CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lighting) throughout, we hardwire a car timer, we provide phone, cable to each bedroom, and we provide motion sensors to pantry and walkin closet.
  • Our Lennox heating systems provide a G61V series “High Efficient Natural Gas” furnace that quietly operates at 94% AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency). This highly efficient furnace includes 2 stages of heating. One stage is for more mild days and the second stage is for much colder days. This feature prevents a furnace from operating at high levels during a mild winter day which makes a homes air movement much more consistent and enjoyable.
  • Our heating ducts are all sealed and taped to provide maximum air flow to each room.
  • We include a VanEE heat recovery ventilation system that is highly efficient. This product uses the warmth from exiting air to heat the new cooler air. This reduces heating costs. Additionally, the Vanee improves air circulation by balancing the distribution of air providing a more comfortable living area. As well the Vanee offers a HEPA (High Efficient Particle Air) filter that improves air quality by capturing 99.97% of the particles entering a home.
  • Our Plumbing features include water saving upgraded Kohler plumbing products including low flush toilets.
  • Our 41 gallon (50 gallon US) water heaters are energy efficient Energy Star direct vent units.
  • Each home is outfitted with an Energy Star compliant dishwasher.
  • Our air tightness of our homes exceeds that of the Energy Star c qualified ratings.
  • Our Insulation includes an R-60 attic, R-28 overhanging floors, R-20 Exterior walls and exterior basement walls to R-20.
  • These homes are Energy Star Qualified, permitting you to receive a $1000 rebate from SaskEnergy upon moving into your new home.
  • Additionally, the basement exterior walls are framed, wired, insulated and polyed.
