As a builder of 30 to 40 new homes every year, Ehrenburg Homes plays a large role in Saskatoon’s vibrant housing market. We design homes that compliment communities, enrich neighbourhoods and, most of all, stand out on the block.

Here are just a few of the communities where you’ll find Ehrenburg staff hard at work and Ehrenburg customers anxiously awaiting their new homes.

The Willows
Located on the south side of Saskatoon, The Willows is Saskatoon’s premium community. Built around a 27-hole golf course, homes in The Willows offer stunning views of fairways, greens and water features. Secluded and serene, The Willows is a perfect combination of city amenities and resort life.

Hampton Village
This community is the innovation of residential neighbourhoods and unique to Saskatoon’s west side. Residents can enjoy the village centre, which offers places to gather, play, shop and enjoy life to the fullest. Hampton Village will be home to a variety of house styles, connected by green spaces and walkways. It’s a small town feeling in Saskatchewan’s largest city.

Willowgrove
Willowgrove will also promote a sense of community through its village square. Located in the northeast of Saskatoon, housing styles will please a wide range of family, lifestyle and personal preferences. Willowgrove is also home to distinctive design features such as the narrow, deeper lots and back lanes found in Saskatoon’s character neighbourhoods.

Stonebridge
South of Circle Drive, Stonebridge is truly a mixed community. From starter to executive homes and everything in between, the community offers a diverse mix of land uses, linked by strong architectural guidelines. Residents can take advantage of an already thriving shopping district (Stonegate) while enjoying over 200 acres of open space, including parks, perimeter buffers and ponds or wetlands.

Rosewood
This community is being developed similar to the adjacent Briarwood but will also feature a village square, parks and multi-family dwellings in the neighbourhood’s core. By completion,
Rosewood will be home to 11,000 people.
Work began on Rosewood in fall of 2008.

Martensville
Martensville is a bedroom community to Saskatoon and is only minutes away from downtown Saskatoon. Currently Martensville is seeing development on both the North and South ends of town, however the land that we have secured is located in the center of Martensville on Kinsmen Crescent. This development (developed by the Town of Martensville) is next to the school and lake. Martensville is experiencing a robust economy and has close to 6000 citizens; in the summer of 2009 the Town of Martensville has elected to become the newest city of Saskatchewan.
