Architectural / CAD Draftsperson

Ehrenburg Homes one of Saskatoon's Premier Homebuilders and leaders in the industry is currently seeking an experienced Architectural / CAD Draftsperson to join our team.

We are in search of a hard working and motivated individual with vast knowledge of both CAD programs and design experience. A diploma in CAD Drafting and experience with Auto CAD and 3D Modeling will be an asset.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

Producing accurate architectural drawings
-preliminary drawings
-finished working drawings permit ready

Ability to work and modify from existing drawings

Ability to work on multiple projects

Ability to meet deadlines

Have strong communication skills

Have strong design skills

Have professional personal skills to meet and design with clients

Understand the building practices and codes for Saskatchewan

Great time management skills are a must

Other duties may include:

Interior designs and color selections

Exterior designs and color selections

Marketing

Estimating

Inventory Management

Set up of Cad hardware and software

Salary dependant on experience
Benefit plan will be provided
